This second volume is much the same as the first in terms of structure and content, with some new additions but overall following a familiar format. The similarities between this and the first guide have been highlighted in some reviews. But for those looking for continuity, and expecting to get the same level of detail about both the previous cast members and all the new ones who joined in the next two seasons, this guide is likely to be treated with similar enthusiasm.
Verdict
For those wanting to continue their studies into the 3rd and 4th seasons of Buffy, this should again be considered essential reading, with the same deep levels of information both about the characters and from behind the scenes.
